I am a believer that we are wonderfully designed. We are multifaceted like a diamond. We are each unique and vastly intricate. While we may hold common beliefs, our personal experiences have naturally created our personal beliefs, making each of us unique, in our own way. Just as your fingerprints are unique, so is the rest of you, from the inside out.
I believe there is an undeniable body mind connection. Clear the mind, clear the body. I have always had life long interests in the power of the mind. I am a student of life and have never quenched my thirst for knowledge. Hypnotherapy is a gift to help make the body mind connection.
My life circumstances brought me to this path. All of my prior experiences created a perfect fit to doing this work. As an Empath, I've always had a heart for others and it is my deepest honor to serve.
As a Certified Clinical, Transpersonal and Interpersonal Hypnotherapist, I have been highly trained by a state-licensed school with a over 500 hours of study and supervised practical hours. Additionally, I mentored with experienced professionals during my training and I continue to mentor with experienced practitioners to continue gain insights into the practice of hypnotherapy.
I am certified by the IAIH (International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy) and the nationally recognized ACHE (American Council of Hypnotist Examiners).
My life path has taught me to respect the beliefs of others, as it is through acknowledging those beliefs one can discover personal growth. As a hypnotherapist, I like to refer to myself as a guide. I am committed to guiding my clients to empower their lives.
